Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Maux Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
